Master of Vocational Education – Metals Engineering (M.Ed.)

Master of Education

Features of the degree program

There is a serious shortage of teachers in German vocational schools. In the past few years, 3,700 teachers on average have gone into retirement annually. On the other hand, only 2,300 applicants are available every year. Of these, only about 75% are graduates of teaching degree programs. There is a high demand for qualified instructors, especially in industrial and technical subjects such as electrical engineering, automotive engineering, and metals technology. Career prospects for posts at vocational schools are excellent. Studying is worthwhile!
